This centrally located hotel is a gem! The young girl at the desk was not only super helpful , but the welcoming staff went above and beyond to store our bikes and carry our bags. The recently refurbished rooms were spacious and the friendly staff made our stay jaw-droppingly pleasant. With no elevator noise, I slept like a baby. Can't forget the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, cots, and pet-friendly policy. Amazing!

The helpful and friendly reception staff who were very kind when my husband was unwell for the first day and a half. Also the clean rooms and quiet location situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Angers.
On holiday we do not always want to be up for an early breakfast so being situated near the linen cupboard (door unlocked and banged repeatedly) meant that we were awoken earlier than we had hoped.

Recently refurbished rooms. Quiet hotel, no noise from elevator. Friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Spacious rooms, but small bathroom. Great location near historical old town and river.

We stay only one night, it is a clean nice and close to the city center and main train station Hotel with free wifi and lovely and kind hotel staff.
We stay on the Saturday night, the street was very noisy until the early hours of the morning.

a very friendly and helpful staff, which pointed us in the right direction for visiting the town. Because there is no elevator, a staff member has carried the really heavy suitcase in the 3rd floor.

the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. They happily stored our bikes and assisted us with carrying our bags to our room. They even provided us with recommendations for restaurants and a nearby swimming pool to beat the heat. the hotel rooms have been recently refurbished and are quite spacious. the reception and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location was also a plus. Cons: Couldn't fault 👌.

The staff were very helpful especially a female member of staff on duty in the daytime. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The location was also good.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit as it offers access to fax facilities. The hotel provided a convenient and efficient fax service, allowing me to send and receive important documents without any issues. This was a crucial aspect of my work and I was pleased with their well-functioning facilities.
I would have appreciated if the hotel had a dedicated business center or office space. While the fax service was excellent, I found it slightly inconvenient to work from my room and would have preferred a designated area for business activities.

Great location close to everything. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the main attractions and visiting the local bars. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The breakfast had a nice selection, and I especially appreciated the absence of meat options.
Nothing everything was great.

Excellent comfy bed, modern rooms, very helpful staff who speak English, free map of the city on arrival. Lots of very good restaurants close by
Rooms are on the small side but still great value. No parking on site but public car park adjacent which is reasonable for France

It was well located and the parking in the public paid park accross the road was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good value and our room was quite and of a reasonable size. (we had a back room and didnt front onto the streets - which may have been a problem
